3. Placing Your Implants

You will receive anesthesia for comfort during the procedure. Your dentist will place four titanium screws in your jaw. These screws serve as the foundation for your new teeth. It takes 3 to 6 months for the screws to bond with your jawbone. During this time, you will wear temporary dentures.
