DIRECTIONS: Perlman Clinic�s Downtown San Diego location is located in the Columbia District Downtown on C Street, in-between India and Columbia St. We are located in the same building as the 501 West C St parking garage (for which we validate parking) on C St next door to The Wild Thyme Table. To get to this location, you either want to head south on Columbia St until you reach 501 W C St or North on India St (after turning off Broadway). PARKING: We validate parking at the 501 West C Street parking garage. Entrance to the parking lot is located on Columbia St (right as you pass C St and the first right after the trolley tracks) or on India St (after turning off Broadway). We are located in the same building as the parking garage, on C St, next door to The Wild Thyme Table.
