DIRECTIONS: Perlman Clinic�s Carlsbad location (very close to Encinitas) is conveniently located near the 5 Freeway at The Forum � the same shopping center that the Apple store in North County is located. Exit the 5 Freeway on Leucadia Blvd and head East, make a left on Garden View Road and The Forum will be located to your right. Please note that we are located upstairs above Urban Outfitters. If you are arriving on El Camino Real, turn West on Calle Barcelona and The Forum will be on your left. Our office is located toward the rear of The Forum above Urban Outfitters. PARKING: There is free parking at The Forum. In addition to the fields of parking in front of our building, there is ample parking along the rear of our building. There is an escalator and an elevator that will take you to our Perlman Clinic location upstairs at The Forum.
